Whilst I experienced some amazing highs and incredible moments, I feel that when things don't go our way that we are really tested and we learn the most valuable lessons. Through a collection of stories, media and props, I bring my journey to life, whilst highlighting these key moments and the knowledge I gained from them.

 

Over the past nine years of working for the Dame Kelly Holmes Trust and then also the Youth Sport Trust, I have developed my delivery to enable me to cater to audiences of all ages and pass on the key messages, which I believe are so vital for success in anything we do.
